Combining high repetition with one-minute intervals, step movements, mat work, press-ups and bench dips etc.

Benefits:Achieves a stronger total body workout, improving cardiovascular fitness-toning arms, chest and legs etc.

Flexi-Bar is also incorporated into the Tuesday class at 7:00pm
