Over the years Dave's gym has built up an extensive range of equipment from free weights to cross trainers. The gym prides itself on being able to offer something to everyone regardless of ability and if you are new to the gym, no need to worry we will give you an induction where we will show you how to use all of the machines.
With the new CV stage being built Dave's can offer even more fitness equipment. More importantly than just offering a wide range of CV equipment Dave's has multiples of the more popular pieces of equipment. You can be sure that even at peak time you will be able to use the CV equipment as you normally would.
Dave's offers some of the latest core equipment including the power plate, flexi bars and bosu. In total Dave's gym has 6 separate core machines allowing you to add variety to your workout.
Dave's has two large dumbell racks offering weights from 5lb to 140lb. We have more than one set in most dumbells. Olympic bars are available to all, with racks for squatting and benching in the power room.
With plate-loaded machines incorporated in to many peoples routines Dave's has a vast array of plate loaded equipment. With such a comprehensive range of plate-loaded machines, it offers the chance for people to train the same body part in several different ways which is important in a successful routine.
